Building new neural networks and connections through immersive simulations
Roleplay and socio-drama are at the core of our learning experience. Based on research findings from Harvard University and others, immersive experiences and exposures are a powerful platform to build new neural connections that provide new perspectives/ways to think, communicate and solve at work.
A study conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) noted that students participating in simulation-based learning performed 22% better in application-based exams compared to those taught using traditional methods. This hands-on, immersive approach enhances the learning experience by making it more interactive and reflective of real-world challenges in the professional domain.
Harvard University’s research on The Impact of Role-Playing on Learning and Development found that roleplay and simulation effectively improves learning outcomes across all three key domains: effective, cognitive, and behavioral.
