The Smart Fellowship is a placement-focused offline workplace simulation where selected youth master 6 essential soft skills, workplace skills and digital skills by working in imaginary companies.
We exist to enhance the employability of Bharat’s graduates, enabling them to qualify for meaningful roles where they do significant work and grow faster. We also empower them to thrive alongside AI instead of being replaced by it.
